Bud purchased the ticket for his granddaugher, Lisa Crooks. She is overjoyed and is looking foward to riding Smokey at the NSWRHA shows.

A huge thank you must go to Geoff Krahe who has trained Smokey.
He has put in many more hours than originally agreed to and at no extra cost to the club. His dedication to NSWRHA and his kindness to his reining friends is very much appreciated by all. This opportunity would not have been possible without the selfless offer by John and Lorraine Wylie to donate Smokey to the NSWRHA. Sincere thanks to all of those members who have given their time and money to feed, shoe, worm, rug and maintain Smokey. We all look forward to seeing Lisa in the pen very very soon.
